At Belen Callejo Archit & Interior Design, we design any type of project from new construction, renovations or interior design projects. Our intention is to provide our clients their best aesthetic, understanding their requirements and budget. We also look for the value of spaces and environment, studying the lighting. 

At Belen Callejo Studio, we work in a collaborative way with our clients, including a design process that has the next stages:

Space Planning layout, optimizing functionality and aesthetics in design.

1. Space planning

• Interviewing clients: We realize an analysis of their needs, requirements, schedules and budgets.

• Concept design: We create a specific concept for any project, depending on the needs, light and environment. 

• Design development: We design a detailed project, including floor plans, materials, and measurements.

• Interior design: We personalized all the spaces reflecting the client's vision. 

• Project timelines: Assisting in the project timeline.

2. Design Schemes

• Creating the detailed project: In renovation and new construction projects, we used to present a detailed floor plans, elevations and sections including specifications, quantities, and sources. In interior decor projects we define the materials, finishes and furniture.

• Selecting and specifying exterior and interior projects: We have also worked in interior and exterior designs, designing and defining the furniture, fabric, and accessories.

• Designing lighting: We provide our customers lighting plans, analysing the place and environment.

3. Construction documents

Defining technical details of the plan, including materials and products 

• Material Schedules: A comprehensive schedule of materials, including specifications, quantities, and sources.

• Cost Estimates and Budget: Detailed cost estimates for construction and a budget plan to manage project expenses.

• Rendering: 3D renderings of the project, providing visual representations of the design concept.

4. Project management

Conduct site visits, review progress, and address issues during construction 

• Specifying, sourcing, and supplying: Attending all the requirements during the construction, managing the equipment.
