Pozuelo de Alarcón

This cluster house project consists of 13 terraced homes in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. Each dwelling was designed with one floor underground, and three floors above ground, connected by stairs and a lift. The complex had a communal garage that provides access to each home by car and a common pedestrian corridor on the ground floor. The swimming pool and playground is situated at the end of the plot. 

This luxury complex had the advantage to be completely customized. This benefit gave the clients the opportunity to design the dream home in one of the most popular districts in Madrid.
